One of the body’s most influential alarm signals is a headache, which is often a sign of physical or psychological overload. A headache occurs because of a primary or secondary cause.
Globally, it has been estimated that the prevalence among adults of current headache disorder is approximately 50%. Half to three-quarters of adults aged 18–65 worldwide have had a headache in the last year.
The previous year brought us a lot of uncertainty and was definitely a year to be remembered, for better or worse. Try making 2022 more positive to bring you happiness, good mental health and the success you dream of!

Stress triggers a series of physiological changes to take place, allowing you to either fight a perceived threat or run away from it, being the flight phase. (fight-or-flight response) and typically, following that reaction; your body should then relax. However, too much constant stress can have an adverse effect on your long-term health.
In the book “The Superstress Solution,” Roberta Lee, M.D. assesses the stress level in most homes today, and offers a word of caution about chronic stress. In her introduction, she writes:
Emotions are something you can’t see and you can’t touch them either. But one thing you can do, and that is to feel them! Some people are excellent at having their emotions buried down in the recesses of their being, protecting themselves from being hurt by other people.
